Hey, I'm Zamira
I'm a Computer Science student at NJIT with a 3.678 GPA, graduating May 2027. I build full-stack web applications, write about infrastructure and systems, and think about distributed systems more than is probably healthy.
I'm drawn to low-level systems engineering, the kind of work that lives close to the metal, where every decision matters and nothing is magic.
Outside of code I write a technical blog, make lattes at a local cafe, do freelance illustration, and am supervised full-time by Nami, my extremely opinionated shorthair cat who has strong feelings about open doors and houseflies.
I'm currently based in New Jersey and always open to internship or job opportunities, collaborations, or talking about network systems with someone who gets it.
